Try it out the new Flock 1.0 (RC3). Pretty cool integration with social sites like facebook, flickr, del.icio.us, wordpress, and etc.
This blog was written using Flock 1.0.
Can’t wait till it integrates with Picassa though.

Did my first initial literature review write up along with (and for the 1st time) seeing what the other side is like. Yes its been very long since I’ve used IE and this is my first time seeing what IE can do with Web2.0 assisted technology like RSS and Atom.
Apparently, one has got to install live.com toolbar first which is SOOOO… unnecessary. Anyhow, seeing that this is Microsoft – what else is new. Only then can you install Onfolio which is an add on to the live toolbar. FYI, onfolio was acquired by Microsoft late last year. Prior to the acquisition, onfolio was a paid product. Now its totally FREE…
So, I’ve changed my blog outlook and I’ve added my del.icio.us snippet on the right hand side panel of my blog with a filter to show stuff I tagged only with thesis, aggregator and rss stuff. This way I be able to also constantly track what I’ve bookmarked with my blog entries by the side.
Ok… So this is it.. Instead of using this blog to write ran(thoughts), I figured that its best (for now) that I simply gather my efforts in completing my thesis into a blog. That way I am able to trace back my steps in my research attempts and also be able to make references to anything I may have forgotten.
I’ve tried the darn notepad (literally physical one) but it was of no use. Since most of my research revolves around the internet, guess the best place to document my discovery or thoughts is also on the computer itself and what better way than to do so via the internet on a blog such as this…. So here goes…
Yes yes… I finally must admit defeat. I’ve given into getting a wordpress account and on top of that, I’ve also finally decided that flock is the better browser than firefox (only for the 1 small thing and that is, I still can’t get use to their favourites)… But what-da-heck! Since I’m already on del.icio.us and my company’s internal social bookmarking system, ‘dogear’, I guess using flock’s kinda favourites wouldn’t be so bad after all – it takes some getting use to before I’m up and running. Stay tune, I will attempt to repost some of my good post from blogspot over to here. You see, I’ve not blogging on my public blogs lately. Its most my company’s blog. But I’ll get to my wordpress whenever time permits.. So see you around.
